How do I
become a reciepient of your services?
A representative from Specialized Home Care Services, Inc. will
set up an initial meeting with you where you will be able to completely
explore our company, the services we offer and the costs involved.
Once you have accepted our services, a Services Agreement is drawn
up, listing all of our services, responsibilities, and their respective
costs. A refundable deposit is required to initiate service. The
standard billing procedure thereafter is twice montly statements
to be paid upon receipt.
What are your limitations?
Although we offer many great services, we are a non-medical service,
therefore we cannot perform the following:
-cannot prescribe or administer medication (although we can remind
clients to take their medication)
-cannot administer professional nursing care such as injections
or procedures to monitor blood pressure or heart rate
-are not allowed to do heavy lifting
-are not allowed to massage or groom nails
How do I pay
?
For all scheduled services payment is monthly. Payment for on-call
services is due at the time of service. Make checks payable to Specialized
Home Care Services. It will be the responsibility of the client
to coordinate any fee reimbursement with their insurance company.
In the case of
live-in home health aides placed by Specialized Home Care Services,
the client shall be responsible for ensuring that adequate room
and board is provided.
